Employment Exchange Services

We may make available job related content and including in certain cases access to our data through our website. Job listing are created and provided by third parties, you acknowledge and understand that we have no control over job listing. Hence we cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any job listing or other information submitted by any employer or other user, including the identity of such employer or other user.

For Users Applying through Our Website

If you are a job seeker any resume or application information that you submit through the site is subject to this agreement and to our Privacy Policy. Please note that by creating an account or uploading resume on our website, you are requesting and authorising us to make available your data/resume to employer that we believe may have an interest in your resume. By creating or uploading resume, we may contact you to share details of prospective employer with you that match the contents of your resume. We may also send emails on various aspects of your job availability. We may offer you the opportunity to receive emails and text messages interview notifications when the employer schedules interview with you.

In addition, by using our website, you agree that we are not responsible for the content of the Employer’s application form, messages, screener questions, testing assessments or their format or method of delivery and that we do not guarantee receipt of your application by the Employer, or your receipt of messages from the Employer. Please note that we do not choose the questions asked by Employers or decide the job qualification criteria of Employers.

If you are an employer, when you create an account, a career page or post a job listing on website, you agree that this agreement and all of our policies apply to you and to the job seekers who are using our website/app or indicating an interest in data uploading on our website. Specifically, when you create an account, we may require that you verify your identity through a valid business identification documents issued by Government of India.

Regardless of whether you are an employer or job seeker, we may use application materials to determine whether the resource of any job seeker and requests of the employer match and vice versa. We may also use such materials for data analysis, quality control, or to refine our website, mobile app or any other product or service, whether via automated means or otherwise. Regardless of whether you are an Employer or Job Seeker, we may provide certain types of career-related or hiring-related information on our website. All information contained in any of our career or hiring guide is only for informational purposes. As a user of our website, we may, from time to time, send you emails from the career or hiring guides as part of its services to you. These emails may include but not be limited to, tips on improving your resume or how to use your resume effectively in the job application process, commonly asked interview questions, next steps after you have submitted an application, and how to prepare for a new job after you have been hired.

Registration Contact Information

This website require you to register or provide an email address. If you so regioster, you agree to provide true and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form. The website and all materials, information, advice, job listings, career guides, user content, products & services available on or through the state are provided “As is” with no warranties. Please note that any individuals with whom you have shared your username and password may receive access to information regarding your account. If you have an Employer account then, your account is for business use and not for personal use. By registering for an account on our website or mobile app, you agree to receive mandatory email updates regarding anomalous activity to your account.

If you are a job seeker or employer this agreement and any dispute arising in any way will be governed as to all matters by the terms of this agreement. If you are other than the job seeker and employer like consultants etc.. You will be guided by the terms and conditions as spelt out hereafter.


Terms of Use For Candidates

By using our website or mobile app as a Candidate you agree to the following terms & conditions-

  1. You would provide all the information required in the application form correctly.
  2. You would provide your valid phone number and email address.
  3. You would truly disclose about your criminal records, case etc...
  4. You would pay 15 days of proposed salary to us on receiving of appointment letter and joining.
  5. If you fail to pay then we have the liberty to recover it through the employer.
  6. You would invariably intimate to us your selection and Joining in the referred Organization immediately.
  7. If you quit the job on your own then we would not provide the next service free but if the employer removes you from service within 60 days of your appointment, no charges will be levied for the next service by us to you.
  8. On failure to comply with the conditions no. 4 and 6 mentioned above would also attract criminal/civil legal action.
  9. You would fully corporate in the police verification process.
  10. You would provide up to date information by uploading data like the change of address, phone number and also if you do not need job any more or any other material information.
  11. You would provide the reference Id of employment consultants in your application form in your case you have been motivated to upload your information on our website by any of our employment consultant.
  12. In specific cases, we may give the candidates access to the employers data available on our website.
  13. Once the candidate join, all the further dealings between the employer and the candidates is their mutual affair and we do not involve ourselves in it.

Terms & Conditions of Use For Employer

By using our website or mobile app as an Employer you agree to the following terms & conditions:-

  1. You would provide all the information correctly required for registering on our website.
  2. You would correctly mention your phone number, email address, Business Card details etc.
  3. You would pay 15 days salary offered to the candidate through our payment gateway after the issue of appointment letter and joining of the selected candidates.
  4. You would deduct and pay 15 days salary to us on joining of the candidate if the candidate fails to pay his part of the service charges.
  5. You would invariably intimate to us the selection and joining of the referred candidate/candidates immediately.
  6. We get personal certification about criminal record of the candidates in their application form but cannot vouch for its authenticity unless we have been mandated by the employer to get police verification to be got done by us. This can be done by us on the applicable charges.
  7. Once the candidate join, all the further dealings between the employer and the candidates is their mutual affair and we do not involve ourselves in it.
  8. If the candidate leave the job himself within 60 days, we are committed to provide alternative to you without any charge.
  9. On failure to comply with the Conditions no. 3, 4 & 5 mentioned above would also attract legal action.

Terms & Conditions of Use For Consultants

By using our website or mobile app as a Consultant you agree on following terms & conditions:-

  1. You would be authorised to operate in the area for which you have opted would be designated as per the prescribed policy of the organisation.
  2. You can recommend appointment of additional consultants in your area of operation who would work under your supervision.
  3. Your primary function is to motivate candidates/employers to register on our website and also to act as friend, philosopher and guide to the users of website.
  4. You can directly register the candidates / employers on our website.
  5. You would be entitled to sharing of the revenue as per the prescribed sharing pattern.
  6. You would be entitled for sharing of the revenue earned on the basis of the reference id of the consultant mentioned in the application form of the candidates and registration form of the employers.
  7. In certain cases you may be given limited access to the data of candidates and employers in the area of your operation.

Terms of Use for SDP Candidates

By using our website or mobile app as a SDP Candidate you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

  1. You would provide all the information required in the application form correctly.
  2. You would provide valid phone number and email address.
  3. You would truly disclose about your criminal records, case etc...
  4. You would pay the prescribed charges as intimated to you after enrolment in the selected SDP program.
  5. If you fail to pay then we have the liberty to recover it through your SDP provider.
  6. In case of your failure to pay the prescribed charges, we reserve the right to get your enrolment cancelled.
  7. You would provide up to date information by uploading data like change of address, phone number and any other material information.
  8. You would provide the reference ID of employment consultants in your application form in case you have been motivated to enroll on our website for SDP by any of our employment consultant.
  9. Failure to intimate about the enrolment with the SDP provider and pay the prescribed charges would also attract legal action.

Terms & Conditions of Use for SDP Provider

By enlisting on our website or mobile app as SDP provider you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

  1. You would provide all the information required in the enlisting form correctly.
  2. You would provide your valid phone number and email address.
  3. You would pay the prescribed charges as intimated to you through our payment gateway after enrollment of the SDP candidate for the trade/course run by you.
  4. On our intimation you would recover the prescribed charge from the SDP candidate if he fails to pay the required charges to us.
  5. If you fail to pay the required charges to us we reserve the right to withdraw the SDP candidate enrolled with you.
  6. In case of failure to pay the prescribed charges we may cancel your enlisting on our website.
  7. Failure to intimate the enrolment of the referred candidate and pay the prescribed charges would also attract legal action.

Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to update, change or modify these terms at any time. The terms shall come to effect from the date of such update, change or modification.
