Terms and Conditions for The Indian Employment

  2. *The Indian Employment* is an online job listing platform facilitating connections between employers and candidates. We do not act as an employer, recruitment agent, manpower supplier, or principal employer under any law.


  3. User Eligibility
  4. Users must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information.


  5. Account Responsibility
  6. Users must maintain account confidentiality and report unauthorized use immediately.


  7. User Conduct
  8. Users agree not to post false, misleading, or illegal content and not to misuse the Platform.


  9. Fees and Payments
  10. Fees collected are for access to premium features only and are not commissions or wage deductions. Users bear applicable taxes.


  11. Third-Party Content
  12. Job postings and profiles come from third parties. We do not verify their accuracy and are not liable for disputes.


  13. No Guarantee of Employment
  14. We do not guarantee job placement, offers, or hiring. Employers and candidates make all final decisions.


  15. Regulatory Compliance
  16. Users must comply with all applicable laws, including the Emigration Act for overseas placements, which require proper registration.


  17. No Agency Relationship
  18. Nothing herein creates an employer-employee, principal-agent, or partnership relationship.


  19. Limitation of Liability
  20. We disclaim liability for any damages arising from Platform use.


  21. Indemnification
  22. Users agree to indemnify *The Indian Employment* against claims arising from misuse of the Platform.


  23. Intellectual Property
  24. All content is owned by or licensed to us. Use without permission is prohibited.


  25. Termination
  26. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.


  27. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  28. Payments for job matching, consultancy, or training are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

    • Candidate registrations
    • Employer packages
    • Skill training bookings
    • Consultancy/support services

    Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for duplicate payments or technical errors may be approved at management's discretion and processed within 7–10 business days.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations after service initiation.

  29. Dispute Resolution
  30. Disputes will first be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, they will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan. Proceedings will be in English. Courts in Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction for arbitration-related matters.


  31. Governing Law
  32. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jaipur courts have exclusive jurisdiction.


  33. Amendments
  34. We may revise these Terms and will update this page accordingly.
