Fees collected are for access to premium features only and are not commissions or wage deductions. Users bear applicable taxes.
Job postings and profiles come from third parties. We do not verify their accuracy and are not liable for disputes.
We do not guarantee job placement, offers, or hiring. Employers and candidates make all final decisions.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including the Emigration Act for overseas placements, which require proper registration.
Nothing herein creates an employer-employee, principal-agent, or partnership relationship.
We disclaim liability for any damages arising from Platform use.
Users agree to indemnify *The Indian Employment* against claims arising from misuse of the Platform.
All content is owned by or licensed to us. Use without permission is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
Payments for job matching, consultancy, or training are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:
Disputes will first be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, they will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan. Proceedings will be in English. Courts in Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction for arbitration-related matters.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jaipur courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
