Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indian Employment Exchange, we are committed to providing transparent, high-quality services to job seekers, employers, and training providers.

Our platform is designed to streamline the hiring process, especially in the unorganized sectors. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — including job matching, consultancy, and training facilitation — all payments made to Indian Employment Exchange are non-refundable. Once a service is booked, initiated, or delivered (fully or partially), no refunds will be issued.

We invest significant time and resources to deliver tailored services aligned with user needs, and these are non-recoverable. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:
  • Candidate registrations
  • Employer service packages
  • Skill training bookings
  • Consultancy or support services

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, if a refund is approved by our management (e.g., duplicate transaction, technical error), it will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule a consultation or service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made after service initiation are not eligible for refunds.
